133 x 152 Track Impactor / 6 x 16 3 Deck Track Screen


The 133 x 152 Track Impactor and 6 x 16 Rambler screen were designed with onsite mobility as a major consideration.  This plant can go down the highway recycling concrete and asphalt.  The feeder end moves in the direction of travel.  Both units are diesel powered and self-contained.  This plant can do recycle, limestone quarry, basalt quarry and demolition.

CEC’s 133 x 152 (53” x 60”) track impactor matched with the 6 x 16 (3) deck track screen gives you a very big, high production two unit mobile plant.  This combination is the most productive track portable plant built by CEC.

The feeder on the track impactor is 58” wide and 16’ long with six feet of grizzly bars.  It has a second deck under grizzly screen for fines removal out the reject conveyor.  You can choose the screen for the reject as required – normal sizes are 1”, 1 ½” and 2 ½”.

The feeder has a variable speed hydrostatic drive that allows the operator to choose the best speed for the lump size of the infeed product.  A radio remote controller starts and stops the feeder and provides speed selection.

The feed hopper is 19’ long and 8’ wide.  It will handle most loader buckets and excavator as well.

The impactor is 53” in diameter and 60” wide.  It has four rows of blow bars that are 1400 pounds per row.

The feed opening of the impactor is 39” high and 60” wide.

The unit has two adjustable curtains that pivot from a common pivot shaft.  The curtain has hydraulic clearing to free over-length feed items.

The crusher frame is a fully fabricated frame, has bolt on track frames, 21” under crusher to conveyor clearance plus 8” of hydraulic conveyor drop – total clearance is almost 30 inches.  Conveyor to under crusher hopper is a steel sliding, enclosed rock box.

The 48” wide front conveyor has a cross belt magnet for steel removal.

The crusher engine is a CAT 380 HP C-15 with full hydraulic clutch.  The clutch will not engage above 900 rpm.  It automatically self adjusts each time it is engaged.

The impact plant has a return product chute and return conveyor.  The crusher conveyor feeds the screen feed conveyor.  The screen separates out the finished product and sends it out the rear conveyor.  The top and second deck’s overs return to the impactor for re-crush if they did not exit out the screen.  This gives you your closed circuit crushing until it is properly sized.

The impactor and rambler screen mate together at large feed box areas. Transfer from conveyor to conveyor alignment is very forgiving.

This plant is high production and will run 250 to 500 tons per hour depending on the product being crushed.
