CEC Portable Crushing Plant - 30 x 42 Jaw w/Hydraulic Boom Breaker - SC300 Cone Running Closed Circuit

DescriptionVideoBrochure

Pictured is a complete CEC crushing plant with hydraulic run on set up legs, pressurized dust control system and all other standard features.

The 30 x 42 jaw crusher has running in oil bearings and Pitman protection plates.  The jaw plant is four-axle, heavy “H” beam construction, has a 46” x 16’ feeder with vari-speed control.  The feeder has a second deck screen under the six feet of grizzly bars plus a hydraulic fold reject conveyor.  The plant has all the guards, conveyors, crusher flywheels and crusher drive guards.

The frame mounted hydraulic breaker can reduce oversized infeed rock.  The boom swings the breaker and the operator handles the problem.  Increase production.

The CEC closed circuit chassis sets up with pin connected run on legs and hydraulic screen raise and lower.  The screen is a 6 x 20 (3) deck CEC with eccentric shaft and 140 mm running in oil bearings.  The screen hydraulically raises and lowers for operation and travel.  It has a 60” low profile under screen conveyor.

The cone is the SC 300 super cone.  It has a balanced eccentric, 50° crushing chamber stroke, long parallel zone for increased crushing area.  The 50° chamber allows maximum rock through put.  The increased cone speed throw and increased number of strokes increases production to the maximum chamber through flow.  Spiral bevel drive gears, high volume lubrication system and high speed dirt seal assures low maintenance cost.

The plant has a pop-top control van.  The pop-top raises & lowers for transport.  It has tinted windows on all four sides, pre-wired interior lights, heat and air conditioning, operator console, rubber insulated floor mat, pre-painted walls covering 4” of insulation in the walls.  The rear wall has an exit door to an observation platform and an escape ladder.

Normal access is to enter the van side door and up the inside stairs.  A gas operated shock assists in opening the trap door in the pop top.

This pop top is built with operator convenience and comfort as the main consideration.

The pop top van is walled off.  The front is the switch house with all electrical panels.  Under the trailer edge is the plug in gutter bar and plug in electrical.  The cables are part of the crusher and are transported there.  The generator is installed in the rear area of the van.
