30 x 42 Track Jaw Crusher

DescriptionVideoBrochure

CEC Generation II track jaws have a complete new design.

The frame is a complete fabrication that was designed with pro-engineering technology stress analysis system.

The new design has a 46” wide by 14’ long feeder with 6’ of grizzly bars.  The bars can be set at a 3 7/8” opening or at a narrower opening of 2 ¼”.

The jaw has running in oil bearings, hydraulic adjustment, tapered flywheel bores and shaft ends.  Pitman protection plate, cast steel flywheels plus other excellent features such as stress relieved main frame and pitman.

The engine is a C-9 Cat with an 1800 to 1200 reduction transmission and hydraulic, self-adjusting clutch.  The clutch will not engage over 900 RPM.  This protects the clutch from over speed engagement.  The reduction box has a frame support to handle over-hang loading.  The output shaft is 3 15/16” in diameter.

The product discharge conveyor is 42” wide with an extra heavy-duty under crusher slider bed for impact protection.  The rock drop from the jaw to the conveyor is 20” plus an additional 8” from the hydraulic lower if needed.    The conveyor has dual high torque drive motors to handle any load the jaw & grizzly can create.

The crusher engine radiator is a three-part radiator with engine cooling, charge air cooling and hydraulic oil cooling.  The radiator has enlarged cooling clearance to avoid plugging.  The radiator thickness is deep to provide additional cooling capacity.

Quick recap; 'running in oil' jaw bearings, Cat powered engine, hydraulic self-adjusting clutch, reduction transmission for proper speed of jaw, wide powerful product conveyor, 20 plus inches under jaw clearance, 46” wide by 14’ feeder, high quality tracks and frames. Reliable components, well built, 14’ long tracks, powerful drives, running in oil jaw bearings and radio remote controls of all operation functions.
