Breaker Block - Vertical Shaft Impactors

DescriptionVideoBrochure

The breaker block assembly pictured is a model 70 size. Please note the long and short breaker blocks. Extend the long block for wear and bring the short one up to the center position.

When you have advanced the long ones as far as they will move and worn them down, retract them and move them to the low position.  The angle of the breaker block makes the center block, center itself and stop it from advancing fully.

This combination of block settings has proven to produce good volumes of crushed product and provide maximum breaker block life and low cost.

The model 70 crusher has a greased pedestal and greased bearings. You can order an auto greaser if desired. The shaft is 4 ½ in diameter.

The model 90 crusher has an oil lubricated 6 ½” shaft and bearing assembly. It is bigger and processes larger feed sizes.

The model 70 uses up to 300 Hp and the model 90 use dual 250 Hp motors. The Impactor through put is approximately 1.2 tons per horse power.

Both machines have hydraulic lid lifters, anti vibration shut down, enclosed belt tunnels and manual belt adjusters.

The tub walls are covered with rock boxes that pack full and stop friction wear. The machines are rugged; well constructed and very productive.
